How Does the QuickBooks GoPayment App Work?

Intuit QuickBooks shares how their GoPayment app works with both iOS and Android devices and easily syncs with your QuickBooks desktop account. Below are the five ways you can process payments and get paid faster with GoPayment:

1.   Swipe and go – once you’ve been approved you will receive your credit card reader that connects via Bluetooth to your mobile device and accepts cards with EMV chips and magnetic strips.
2.  Tap and Go – with an All-in-One card reader you can easily accept Apple Pay®, Samsung Pay™, and Android Pay™.  This reader allows you to accept credit cards and tap-and-go payments. It’s easy to carry and like the credit card reader connects to your mobile device ot tablet via Bluetooth.
3.  Scan and Go – you can also scan credit cards using your phone’s camera app which will save you time.  The only hitch is that older cards with faded numbers may be difficult for the camera to read.
4.   Key and Go – if you need to you can go the old-fashioned way and just key in the necessary information.
5.   Cash or check – if customers opt to pay by cash or check, key in the cash or check information, process the payment and provide a receipt.
