Edward Becker, CPA, ARM

As the Managing Director of OSYB, LLC in Long Island, New York, Mr. Becker oversees operations, performs staff training and monitors the Account Service teams to ensure client satisfaction for over 100 small to mid-sized companies. In addition, he has significant experience in public accounting and is a Certified QuickBooks® Advisor. With over 25 years of outsourced accounting experience, servicing multiple industries, this experience is invaluable to each of the clients that OSYB services.

Mr. Becker is a licensed certified public accountant in both New York and Massachusetts. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Becker is a Bryant University graduate where he earned his B.S. in Accounting and subsequently completed a national program for his Associates in Risk Management degree.

Leslie Fajfer

Leslie brings many years experience in both public and private accounting. Throughout her career, she has interfaced and collaborated with CFOs, CEOs, and business owners from a variety of industries. Leslie has worked diligently to provide family office services, and solutions for high net worth individuals, estate management, and private family foundations. She has served as the main conduit for information flow to CPA firms providing full auditing and tax support.

Areas of expertise include preparation of financial statements, comparative analysis, budgeting and forecasting, payroll, time and billing software, as well as computer set-up and training in Peachtree, QuickBooks, and other software packages. Her career includes implementing initiatives to improve financial functions, cut costs, and automate processes. Leslie’s knowledge and personal service adds value to any business.


Our staff of 25  employees consists of CPAs, controllers, and experienced bookkeepers with a minimum of five years of hands-on experience.
