Do You Have Enough Hustle To Grow Your Small Business?

As small business owner, you must not ever stop the hustle. In general, 25% of time needs to be spent on seeking new business. Never delegate all new business to the sales team, they are not driven by the same motivations. Your motivation is the business as a whole;  employees may be driven mostly by sales numbers. You need to hustle solid new business and model the best example to get things done.
