Do You Delegate Enough In Your Small Business?

Now there is delegating too much or delegating the wrong tasks to the wrong people, as well as, not delegating enough. If you are still trying to “do it all” while having a team in place, this can stunt your company’s growth as quickly as delegating too much. There is a fine balance when it comes to delegating. Know your team, trust their skills and allow them to do the tasks they are qualified to complete. Then you can concentrate on managing the growth of the business while seeking and securing new business consistently.
