When Is The Last Time You Ran a Business Budget & Forecast For Your Small Business?

It is shocking how many small businesses do not have a clear, written budget or business forecast. Or if they do have it, it was done once and never looked at again. This can be fatal. Your budget and forecast for the company should be done annually at the end of your fiscal year. It should be reviewed at least quarterly to ensure you are on track.
