Is a Lack of Written Processes Making Your Small Business Inefficient?

Written processes need to be in place in order to delegate appropriately to the team, to monitor and evaluate tasks, and maintain consistent business and team growth.  The processes are taught to the team for purposes of understanding their responsibilities, and accountability to complete them. If your processes are in writing, anyone can refer to them without you being present.
