Dear Valued Client,

In light of recent developments and to manage through the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19),  we decided to institute our remote work protocol effective on March 16th.  We worked hard over the past decade to ensure our entire team is able to function as a fully remote workforce and continue to serve you and your business during a crisis while protecting the health and welfare of our team. 

OSYB will remain open and available to our clients during business hours. Our personnel will be available from their phone extensions and email addresses.  We appreciate that these are unprecedented times, and while there are no perfect solutions, we are confident that during this challenging period we will provide our clients with the same high quality level of service that we always have.

We encourage you to contact us with any concerns that you may have or topics that you would like to discuss; we are here to support you. Please continue to contact your team at the same phone numbers and email addresses that you are accustomed to using. Most of the business we conduct can be expeditiously performed through cloud based services and email. 

As disruptive as these days are for our clients and colleagues, our thoughts go out to all those whose health has been or will be affected by this virus, and our gratitude goes to all the first responders and health care workers courageously working every day to help those who are ill. 

We are all in this together, and we will get through it together.
