New Path for Accelerated Discovery Requires Immediate Expert Assistance

With all the legislation trying to remove frivolous patent court cases, the Eastern District of Texas has already taken a stand to make resolution of cases faster. They are now providing an option for accelerated damage discovery. It requires a two week turnaround between potentially infringing sales data and good faith estimate of damages. Read more here.
