My bank held my money hostage

How would you feel if your bank did a scheduled maintenance and the following day your account was still inaccessible? For many Simple Bank customers this very thing happened. Scheduled maintenance times had been sent to all customers, but about 10% of their 120,000 customers’ accounts were not completed during the time slot. Read more here.
