Mark Cuban Wins Big Against the SEC

Mark Cuban beats the SEC. He has fought for almost 5 years against the charges of insider trading. Claiming his innocence throughout. The case was at one point dismissed in 2009. But the SEC appealed to save face. The appeals court sent it back to trial. Mark won, read more about it here.
