Grading States on Small-Business ‘Friendliness’

Small business friendliness grades for states a new study, published by a local services startup Thumbtack and the Kauffman Foundation. The research was based on more than 12,000 surveys with questions about local cities and states and the ease of starting a business, hiring workers and fairness. Read more here.
