Are Your Employees Reading Your Newsletter?

November 22, 2017 by Ed Becker

Most companies have internal newsletters and unfortunately some of them are hitting the circular file instead of being read by your employees.  Time and resources are spent on creating and distributing a newsletter, so how can you make your newsletter appealing?  Small Business Profit Explosion shares some tips on how you can increase reader interest

  1.  Share news relevant to employees
  • policy changes
  • deadlines
  • reminders
  • new hires, retirees, etc.

2.  Find a space to share employee concerns and how the company is addressing them

3.  Stick to a schedule that is sustainable (weekly/monthly/quarterly)

If you spend the time, energy and resources to create a newsletter, do plan on making it appealing, informative and useful to your employees.
