Small Businesses Add 10,000 Jobs in November, Up for First Time in Four Months

November saw an increase of small business hiring, the largest increase since January 2009. This is following a 4 month pattern of no increase in hiring. 10,000 new hires were recorded for small businesses. These figures are adjusted for the holiday seasonal rush, so they are sound figures.
