  4. Add a search bar to help customers find needed information expediently
  5. Establish customer support or information that is easy to find
  6. Place important clickable buttons in the middle of the screen to prevent misclicks
  7. Get rid of all popups
  8. Avoid using large blocks of text to aide the ease of reading your site
  9. Choice of font is important to enhance clarity and readability
  10. Pages need to load within or under 3 seconds
